Job Title: Project Manager – Lead
Location: INVER GROVE, Minnesota (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are representing a highly visible opportunity for a delivery-focused professional to support technology initiatives that enable go-to-market capabilities. This position offers the chance to drive clear outcomes, strengthen delivery visibility, and partner across business, technology, and vendor teams to keep complex work moving forward. The selected candidate will help ensure commitments are tracked, risks are managed, and stakeholders stay aligned throughout delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Lead complex, cross-functional technology initiatives by establishing scope, outcomes, milestones, deliverables, owners, governance, and success measures.
- Maintain delivery plans across business, technology, product teams, and vendors while tracking commitments, dependencies, risks, issues, and decisions.
- Provide accurate status reporting and delivery visibility using Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, dashboards, and collaboration tools.
- Own initiative financials, resource plans, and vendor accountability while supporting timely tradeoff decisions and escalation when needed.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- 7+ years of experience leading complex technology projects or programs in a matrixed enterprise environment.
- Experience managing deliverables, scope, schedule, budget, resources, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, change control, testing, deployment, and transition to support.
- Experience coordinating delivery across multiple product teams, business areas, technology platforms, or external partners.
- Experience working with Agile teams and product-team operating models, including connecting initiative milestones and deliverables with product-team backlogs, capacity, and delivery commitments.
- Strong documentation, status reporting, facilitation, financial management, and stakeholder-management skills, along with the ability to influence outcomes without direct authority.
