Job Title: Data Analyst
Location: Remote
Job Summary: We are seeking a Data Analyst to support data visualization, reporting, and predictive modeling initiatives that help improve how manufacturing data is organized and used for decision-making. Our team is looking for someone who can work collaboratively across functions, translate data into clear insights, and contribute to analytical tools that support validation and performance understanding.
Responsibilities:
- Create visualizations and dashboards that support data interpretation and reporting needs.
- Build and customize analytical applications based on model output to enable deeper analysis.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure models, data pipelines, mapping, and semantic layers are robust and relevant.
- Explore and evaluate new techniques to improve data processing and support predictive insights.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in Engineering, Operations, or Scientific fields.
- Proficiency coding with SQL and Python.
- Experience creating dashboards in Spotfire, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Experience with data preparation, including filtering, cleaning, standardizing, restructuring, pivoting, and reforming large datasets.
- Some experience creating models such as in-silico models, finite element models, physics-based models, or Monte Carlo simulations.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience with Python data libraries such as NumPy and Pandas.
