Job Title: Project Manager
Location: San Diego, California (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Manager to support the planning and delivery of regional capital and facility projects at a single site in San Diego. Our team is looking for a professional who can manage stakeholders, coordinate project partners, and help drive successful outcomes across a wide range of facility initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end delivery of assigned projects or project portfolios from planning through close-out.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, commissioning partners, and other professionals involved in project delivery.
- Support budgeting, cost control, scheduling, reporting, change control, and invoice review throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct meetings, field visits, and stakeholder communications to track progress, resolve issues, and maintain alignment on project goals.
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in owner’s representative project management.
- 5–10+ years of experience working for a general contractor.
- Strong construction contractor background, with commercial or industrial experience preferred.
- Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, or mixed mechanical/electrical project experience is required, with knowledge of large occupied facilities and complex exhaust, cooling, filtration, and purification systems.
- Must be able to work full time on site at the client facility in San Diego; no remote work is allowed.
- Must be a U.S. citizen and have Excel and project management experience.
