Job Title: Senior Project Manager
Location: Thousand Oaks, California (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and collaborative professional to provide centralized project management support for deviation activities across a combination product organization. This position helps teams drive timely progress, maintain clear visibility, and support closure through structured coordination, tracking, and reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Provide centralized project management support from initiation through investigation, action completion, and record closure.
- Build and maintain deviation trackers, project plans, timelines, dashboards, action logs, and reporting tools.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities, meetings, working sessions, and leadership updates while ensuring owners, dependencies, and due dates are clearly defined.
- Monitor progress, aging, overdue actions, extension needs, and timeline risks; escalate unresolved issues through the appropriate governance channels.
Required:
- Experience coordinating multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities, dependencies, and deadlines.
- Experience supporting deviations, nonconformances, investigations, corrective and preventive actions, change controls, or other quality system records.
- Experience using electronic quality management systems and project management or data visualization tools.
- Ability to facilitate recurring deviation review meetings, focused working sessions, and leadership updates.
- Ability to manage stakeholder communication, track milestones, and provide clear status reporting.
- Preferred experience supporting deviations and root cause investigations.
