Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager
Location: Beaverton, OR (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a digitally savvy marketing professional to help shape global digital and social strategy across two high-visibility business areas. This position plays a key role in connecting brand priorities to consumer-facing experiences, building cohesive journeys across digital platforms, launch moments, and storytelling.
Responsibilities:
- Lead development and execution of distinct digital marketing plans for two separate business areas, translating priorities into clear consumer journeys and channel plans.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and creative agencies to build digital briefs, channel strategy, ecosystem activation plans, and launch execution across seasonal moments.
- Help evolve digital experiences across owned and off-platform channels by identifying opportunities for premium storytelling, product discovery, consumer engagement, and new formats or partnerships.
- Establish KPIs, monitor performance, capture learnings, and deliver recommendations and roadmap insights that support continuity beyond the assignment.
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in global digital marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge and experience in basketball and Kobe culture.
- Expert-level Keynote skills.
- Experience in digital marketing, brand marketing, integrated marketing, e-commerce, or a related discipline.
- Strong project leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a matrixed organization.
- Background in basketball, footwear, sneaker culture, streetwear, entertainment, or youth culture, along with strong communication and execution skills.
