Job Title: Marketing Manager – Mid-Level
Location: Framingham, Massachusetts (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are representing an opportunity for a Marketing Manager – Mid-Level with a focus on earned media programming, strategic communications support, and purpose-driven initiatives. This position is suited to someone who can partner across agency and internal teams to help shape communications planning, coordinate activation, and support high-impact brand work.
Responsibilities:
- Lead earned media strategy and programming across brand and product initiatives.
- Drive communications planning and activation for product placement opportunities and brand campaigns.
- Serve as the primary lead for purpose and cause-related programming.
- Partner with agencies and internal stakeholders to identify, develop, and execute earned media opportunities.
Required:
- Ability to work 40 hours per week, with flexibility to around 30 hours per week for the right candidate.
- Resume must indicate hours availability at the top.
- Experience supporting earned media programming, strategic communications, and purpose-driven initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills across marketing, communications, and agency teams.
