Job Title: Supply Chain Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to support business analysis, planning operations, and system improvement efforts within a global supply chain digital platform environment. Our team is looking for a detail-oriented professional who can help align business requirements, troubleshoot complex planning system issues, and support process enhancement across multiple functions.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with planning, operations, project management, and technical support teams to address business needs and system enhancement requests.
- Facilitate system design, solution testing, implementation activities, and documentation of functional user requirements.
- Provide business impact analysis, support prioritization of improvement opportunities, and help drive consensus on planning system enhancements.
- Identify planning and system issues early, support escalation and decision-making paths, and champion analytics and operational excellence principles.
Required:
- Experience as a participating team member on major business process improvement initiatives in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong reporting and analysis skills.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines.
- Ability to synthesize multiple data sets and sources of information, distill key points, and translate findings into strong business cases and clear requirements.
- Supply chain planning experience.
- Kinaxis RapidResponse and Maestro experience.
- Pharma, biotech, or life sciences industry experience.
- ASCM CPIM/CSCP and/or Kinaxis certification preferred.
