Job Title: Onshore Quality Control Asset Administrator – Fleet Coordinator: II
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (On-site)
Job Summary: We are recruiting for a detail-focused role that supports vehicle asset protection, theft package processing, and rental record accuracy. This position plays an important part in research, documentation, and follow-up activities that help maintain compliance, reduce risk, and support timely resolution across multiple operational systems.
Responsibilities:
- Research and verify missing vehicle and theft-related information across multiple systems, documenting findings accurately and following established procedures.
- Review, correct, and process theft packages, emergency road service cases, recovery updates, and related reports with attention to detail and professional communication.
- Support rental record closure, exception handling, non-revenue documentation, and reconciliation activities to help ensure accurate reporting and accounting periods.
- Manage impound notices, fleet recovery follow-up, vehicle tracking updates, and related reports while coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, preferably in a business-related field, or job knowledge of back office functionality for 2 years or greater.
- Collection and quality assurance experience.
- Working knowledge of DASH, CARRENT, GAR, Global Marketing, and Car Sales internal systems; MS Excel, MS Word, Access, and Outlook.
- Type 40 words per minute, with strong multitasking, organization, research, decision-making, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
