Job Title: IT Systems Analyst
Location: Houston, Texas (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are presenting an exciting opportunity for an IT Systems Analyst III supporting an Environmental, Health, and Safety application environment. Our team is seeking a technical professional who can blend maintenance, development, and user support to help keep critical systems performing smoothly and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Support an Environmental, Health, and Safety application environment, including administration, configuration, and technical support.
- Deliver custom technology solutions to support ancillary systems and enhance service delivery.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, define system specifications, and support user acceptance testing, issue management, and escalation resolution.
- Manage change-related tasks and produce tracking and management reports as needed.
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in Information Technology.
- 5+ years of experience in SQL, preferably Oracle.
- 5+ years in .NET development or comparable 4th generation language.
- 3+ years of web service development in any language.
- Data analysis and modeling skills, plus excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Desired experience in administering, configuring, and supporting an Environmental, Health, and Safety solution, along with exposure to Industrial Hygiene, Air Quality, Compliance, Action Plans, Enablon integration, Sphera Essential Suite, Angular or React, Azure CI/CD pipelines, emissions modeling, regulatory and sustainability content software, and federal or multi-state regulatory reporting including TX STEERS.
