Job Title: Marketing Coordinator
Location: Beaverton, OR (On-site)
Job Summary: We are supporting a dynamic marketing opportunity focused on seasonal planning, cross-functional coordination, and execution across multiple territories. Our team is looking for someone who can help bring structure, clarity, and follow-through to complex workstreams while keeping consumer relevance and operational detail at the center of the work.
Responsibilities:
- Lead seasonal sample ordering, allocation, tracking, and inventory visibility in partnership with brand and merchandising teams.
- Coordinate seasonal workstreams, prepare briefs and updates, and help keep milestones, deliverables, and stakeholders aligned.
- Support seeding strategy and execution by helping translate product priorities into an actionable plan across markets.
- Assist with Ground Game planning and measurement by consolidating results, surfacing learnings, and tracking execution across territories.
Required:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail brand marketing.
- Experience working across multiple markets.
- Strong understanding of seasonal brand marketing processes and sample management.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop clear briefs and concise updates.
- Ability to influence without authority, build effective relationships across Geography, Territory, and cross-functional teams, and maintain a consumer-first mindset with strong attention to operational and executional detail.
