SPOTLIGHT ON TYPESCRIPT DEVELOPER JOBS

The main function of a typescript developer is to be responsible for providing the best user experience with the company’s applications and platforms. They work with designers and developers to develop modern, intuitive user interfaces for our web properties.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop user interface components for complex websites and applications.
  • Work closely with UX designers, web developers and other team members to deliver an overall seamless user experience.
  • Convert mockups into cross-browser HTML/CSS/JavaScript web components.
  • Unit testing and document new features developed.
  • Monitor trends in UI development and advocate technology standards and best practices.
  • Understand UI guidelines for relevant operating systems and appropriately adjust interfaces.
  • Contribute to the design system repository through strong collaboration with technology partners and experience design peers.
  • Supports an evolving design system and component library by working with design developer practice lead in prioritizing prospective web components and configuring them for reuse in the design system repository.

Degrees/ Certifications /Years of Overall Experience Required:

  • At least 6 years of experience creating and implementing UI development – large enterprise, preferably B2B.

 

Top Must-Have Skills / Candidate Requirements:

  •  Detailed experience with coding and the ability to troubleshoot and analyze websites with HTML, CSS and comparable languages.
  • Education and research into UI development trends and current design trends and technology.
  • Strong professional writing and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple milestones and projects efficiently.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills and ability to optimize code for best possible outcome.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment to create top-performing interfaces.
  • Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD and related visual design tools.
  • Knowledge of web component technologies such as Stencil.js, Polymer and/or similar.
  • Experience with React/TypeScript.
  • Tailwind CSS (any CSS or SASS experience).
  • Experience with React.js.

Skills:

  • Work a fully remote role.
