Job Title: Account Operations
Location: Beaverton, Oregon (Hybrid)

Job Summary: Our team is seeking a dynamic individual to drive account development aligned with the commercial strategy in the realm of account operations. We focus on building strategic relationships with key customers and partners to optimize operational effectiveness and ensure seamless order management and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture relationships with key customers and external partners to align account development with the commercial strategy.
  • Incorporate operations and supply chain areas into the overall customer management process from strategic planning to in-season execution.
  • Lead teams and customers to achieve mutually-agreed operations plans.
  • Manage and coordinate operational capabilities and services with key customers, ensuring alignment with service level agreements.

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 2-4 years of directly relevant work experience, or equivalent education and experience as specified.
  • Expertise in Excel and strong communication skills.
  • Team-oriented with flexibility to adapt in a cross-functional environment.
  • Previous experience with SAP or in supply chain operations for reputable brands preferred.
