Job Title: Accountant
Location: Renton, Washington (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to drive efficient payroll processing and uphold rigorous compliance standards. Our team is committed to maintaining accurate financial operations while supporting stakeholders with clear reporting and reliable service.
Responsibilities:
- Process payroll on a regular basis, including calculating wages, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and other payroll elements.
- Maintain and update employee payroll information within the system while ensuring timely and accurate timekeeping.
- Prepare and submit payroll tax filings and reports, and generate payroll documentation for management and stakeholders.
- Handle and resolve employee payroll inquiries, discrepancies, and provide guidance on proper time entry procedures.
Required:
- At least 5 years of experience in payroll processing and administration.
- Proven ability to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
- Demonstrated expertise maintaining accurate payroll records and documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
