Job Title: Accounting Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated accounting professional to support our global cost accounting operations within a high-performing team. Our team delivers critical financial analysis and supports sophisticated accounting processes, playing a key role in driving enhanced financial reporting and process improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Perform inventory accounting for designated manufacturing sites, while overseeing and reviewing the work of an outsourced provider.
- Support master data management, create process maps, and contribute to standard operating procedures and training resources.
- Prepare and review high-level journal entries, conduct general ledger account analysis and reconciliation in both SAP and consolidation tools.
- Consolidate, analyze, and report global inventory balances by product/site, providing detailed monthly variance analysis and supporting audit processes.
Required:
- Extensive experience in US GAAP and cost accounting, including roles in large companies (Big 4 experience and CPA preferred).
- Proficiency in SAP and S4 HANA, particularly supporting ERP upgrades and system optimization efforts.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, operate independently, and manage outsourced partner relationships.
- Background in preparing and reviewing complex financial schedules, audit responses, and leading process enhancement projects.
