- Participate in leadership meetings to address organizational barriers and recommend efficient decision-making.
Required:
- Project management experience in a high-velocity aerospace environment.
- Ability to balance rapid timelines with uncompromising standards of safety and quality.
- Demonstrated experience managing and tracking performance across multiple projects.
- Proficiency in English (speak, read, write).
