Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Tulsa, OK
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to our client’s location, including preparing presentations, drafting communications, and managing emails and phone calls.
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring proper registration and compliance.
- Serve as a liaison for employee HR inquiries, such as payroll and leave requests.
- Create and display announcements and employee information on site monitors.
- Assist with HR events, office updates, and interview coordination.
- Maintain confidentiality while managing documents and preparing meeting materials.
Skills Required:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to work independently, manage confidential information, and handle deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in written and verbal communication.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and office equipment.
