Job Title: Administrative Assistant III
Location: Houston, TX
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with setting up and training users for document management systems and prepare reports as needed.
- Coordinate with off-site storage and shredding services for document management.
- Facilitate new account setups and support for FedEx, UPS, and Office Depot.
- Manage conference center reservations and provide user training.
- Collaborate with supply chain management for restricted item approvals.
- Process invoices for various services and support the Senior Facility Coordinator as needed.
Skills Required:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with document management systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
