Job Title: Administrator Construction Manager

Job Summary:
Join our client as a Construction Manager – Administrator, where you'll oversee construction activities and ensure projects meet quality standards and budget requirements. You'll coordinate with local municipalities and utilities, ensuring compliance with regulations while working closely with various departments to support project success.
Job Responsibilities:
• Understand and manage permitting requirements, including Work Zone Protection and Traffic Control plans.
• Schedule and inspect projects to meet timelines and quality standards.
• Manage materials and ensure accurate reporting of invoices and timesheets.
• Maintain detailed records and attend pre-construction meetings.
• Monitor project expenditures to align with budget requirements.
• Investigate and report on plant damage incidents.
Skills Required:
• Strong knowledge of OSP Construction Standards and Practices.
• Familiarity with OSP Unit Descriptions and SSP contracts.
• Understanding of safety standards at state, local, and company levels.
• Minimum of five years in Outside Plant construction and splicing.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel and work overtime as needed.
