Job Title: Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced analytics professional to support a major migration from Adobe Analytics to Customer Journey Analytics. We are partnering with a team focused on digital analytics across web and mobile environments, and this opportunity centers on data analysis, measurement strategy, and the rebuilding of key reporting assets.
Responsibilities:
- Support the migration from Adobe Analytics to Customer Journey Analytics, including rebuilding workspaces, segments, and alerts.
- Configure Customer Journey Analytics connections, data views, components, metrics, segments, and filters.
- Develop derived fields, calculated metrics, and segments to support reporting and measurement needs.
- Recreate classification lookups, classification rules, marketing channel rules, and suitable replacements for Data Warehouse projects.
Required:
- Expert experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Platform, including schemas, datastreams, datasets, connections, and data views.
- Strong troubleshooting and data analysis skills.
- Preferred experience with Target Reporting in Customer Journey Analytics and joining to profile datasets.
