Job Title: AI Solutions Architect
Location: Princeton, New Jersey (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking an expert in architecting and designing scalable, secure, and cost-effective Generative AI solutions. Our team prioritizes excellence in AI solution design while leading end-to-end project life cycles and fostering AI adoption across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Architect and design end-to-end Generative AI solutions, translating business requirements into technical architecture and overseeing the full project lifecycle.
- Document solution architectures with diagrams, sequence flows, and technical design documents, and select appropriate AI approaches based on technical constraints.
- Integrate AI systems with enterprise platforms, ensure data strategy alignment, implement LLMOps best practices, and establish safety, governance, and guardrail mechanisms.
- Lead technical discovery workshops, evaluate tools and frameworks, mentor engineering teams, and drive continuous improvement for solution quality and scalability.
Required:
- At least 10 years of system design experience, including 5 years of solution architecture work and 4-5 years focused on Machine Learning and AI.
- Proficiency with Generative AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, and Microsoft Agent Framework.
- Hands-on knowledge of model providers (Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, AWS Bedrock, Snowflake Cortex AI, AgentCore), retrieval/vector databases, and LLMOps tools (MLflow, LangSmith, etc.).
- Ability to lead feasibility/risk assessments, develop reusable platform components, document standard architectures, and mentor cross-functional teams on best practices.
