Job Title: Airworthiness & Regulatory Engineer
Location: Everett, Washington (On-site)
Job Summary: We seek a driven professional who is passionate about safety and regulatory compliance to join our team. Our team plays a vital role in leading investigations, driving corrective action, and ensuring aviation products remain the safest form of transportation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate structured investigations into regulatory compliance issues, working cross-functionally with engineering, management, and supplier teams.
- Facilitate root cause analysis and develop corrective actions to resolve and prevent regulatory or compliance issues related to commercial aircraft.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including certification experts and regulatory representatives, to ensure investigation write-ups meet required standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by enhancing investigative processes and tools in alignment with broader business objectives.
Required:
- Bachelor, Master, or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry.
- Five or more years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience.
- Must be a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 (including US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) to meet export compliance requirements.
- Ability to work 100% onsite in Everett, WA (virtual work may be available depending on demonstrated capability).
