Job Summary: We have an opportunity to support essential scheduling and coordination operations that are integral to powering organizational projects and customer experience. Our team is seeking a detail-oriented professional who excels in managing systems, procedures, and communications within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate Main Panel Upgrade (MPU) disconnect/reconnect work, utilizing scheduling systems and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders to ensure seamless scheduling, compliance, and follow-through.
- Monitor regulatory timelines, prioritize backlog of MPU projects, and strictly adhere to established procedures.
- Manage workload by balancing deadlines and ensuring strict compliance with all relevant operating procedures and requirements.
Required:
- Experience supporting scheduling, coordination, administrative, or operations support functions.
- Ability to manage deadlines, follow established procedures, and maintain accurate records.
- Proficiency with basic computer and office software.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with consistent follow-through across multiple stakeholders.
