Job Summary: We seek a detail-oriented professional to coordinate and schedule Main Panel Upgrade (MPU) disconnect/reconnect activities. Our team values strong organizational skills, dedication to process compliance, and effective communication to ensure quality support across various service centers.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate MPU disconnect/reconnect work, managing systems and documentation to support ongoing operations.
- Monitor and track timelines to ensure strict compliance with CPUC requirements and procedural adherence for MPU activities.
- Communicate regularly with customers and stakeholders, providing updates and addressing any scheduling or coordination issues.
- Prioritize backlog and manage workloads to maintain accurate records and timely completion of service requests.
Required:
- Experience supporting scheduling, coordination, administrative, or operations support functions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines, follow established procedures, and maintain precise records.
- Proficiency with basic computer and office software applications.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with strong follow-through across multiple stakeholders.
