Job Title: Analyst-Program/Project
Location: Westminster, California (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented professional who will help drive effective coordination and scheduling for main panel upgrade disconnect/reconnect operations. Our team relies on this position to support seamless communication with customers and stakeholders, maintain documentation, and ensure adherence to established project procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule Main Panel Upgrade (MPU) disconnect/reconnect work using dedicated systems and documentation processes.
- Communicate regularly with customers and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and follow-through for service needs.
- Monitor CPUC timelines and prioritize the project backlog to maintain regulatory compliance and efficiency.
- Ensure strict adherence to documented MPU procedures, upholding accuracy in all records and project steps.
Required:
- Experience supporting scheduling, coordination, administrative, or operations support functions.
- Ability to manage deadlines, follow established procedures, and maintain accurate records using computer and office software tools.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact across multiple stakeholders and demonstrate consistent follow-through.
- High school diploma or equivalent education required; associate degree or equivalent coursework in business, operations, or a related field is preferred.
