Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated professional to help coordinate and manage scheduling systems in a dynamic operational environment. Our team relies on effective organization, documentation, and communication to ensure critical project timelines and procedures are consistently met.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate disconnect/reconnect work for Main Panel Upgrades, maintaining detailed records and documentation.
- Communicate efficiently with customers and stakeholders to provide updates and ensure requirements are met.
- Monitor compliance with CPUC timelines and prioritize tasks to maintain an organized backlog.
- Ensure strict adherence to established procedures for Main Panel Upgrade operations.
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or equivalent coursework in business, operations, or a related field preferred.
- Experience supporting scheduling, coordination, administrative, or operations support functions.
- Ability to manage deadlines, follow established procedures, and maintain accurate records.
- Proficiency in basic computer and office software, with strong communication and customer service skills across multiple stakeholders.
