Job Title: Analyst-Program/Project

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented professional for an essential role supporting operational scheduling and coordination functions. Our team prioritizes effective communication and commitment to service excellence to maintain compliance and consistent results across multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule Main Panel Upgrade (MPU) disconnect/reconnect work, ensuring adherence to established scheduling systems and compliance timelines.
- Manage communication with customers and internal stakeholders to facilitate seamless project execution.
- Monitor and prioritize MPU backlog by following strict procedures and CPUC requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation to ensure complete compliance with all MPU processes.
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or equivalent coursework in business, operations, or a related field preferred.
- Experience supporting scheduling, coordination, administrative, or operations support functions.
- Proficiency with basic computer and office software applications.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with demonstrated ability to follow through across multiple stakeholders.
