Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support critical scheduling and coordination functions related to Main Panel Upgrade projects. Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate Main Panel Upgrade disconnect/reconnect work, ensuring compliance with all documentation and systems.
- Communicate consistently with customers and stakeholders to maintain accurate records and clear processes.
- Monitor regulatory timelines and prioritize backlog items to support timely project execution.
- Maintain strict adherence to standard operating procedures throughout all scheduling and coordination tasks.
Required:
- Demonstrated experience supporting scheduling, coordination, administrative, or operations support functions.
- Ability to manage deadlines, follow established procedures, and accurately maintain records.
- Proficiency with basic computer and office software applications.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with proven follow-through across multiple stakeholders.
