Job Title: Analyst-Program/Project

Job Summary: Our team is seeking a detail-oriented professional to help coordinate critical scheduling and documentation processes for main panel upgrade projects. We play a key role in ensuring compliance with industry regulations and the timely completion of operational priorities across multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate disconnect/reconnect work for main panel upgrades, managing scheduling systems and associated documentation.
- Communicate regularly with customers and stakeholders to ensure alignment and provide timely updates.
- Monitor regulatory timelines to ensure strict compliance with CPUC and internal procedures.
- Prioritize project backlogs and maintain strict adherence to established main panel upgrade procedures.
Required:
- Experience supporting scheduling, coordination, administrative, or operations support functions.
- Ability to manage deadlines, follow established procedures, and maintain accurate records.
- Proficiency with basic computer and office software.
- Strong communication and customer service skills with proven follow-through across multiple stakeholders.
