Job Title: Analyst-Program/Project
Location: Pomona, California (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking a candidate to support key remediation management activities and short-term project workstreams, helping ensure compliance and performance in Transmission & Distribution operations. Our team values effective communication and expertise in data analytics to drive operational excellence and achieve organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Support program management functions, including tracking deliverables and analyzing data to ensure alignment with notification scope.
- Collaborate closely with senior advisors, regional and district stakeholders to gather and interpret performance data for reporting.
- Utilize dashboards, trackers, and systems of record to monitor, track, and report progression of compliance work.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders, proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure accurate data integrity throughout remediation processes.
Required:
- Over five years of experience in data analytics, including managing and validating large or complex datasets, and familiarity with various reporting platforms.
- Experience with District and/or Regional scheduling processes and notification dispositioning according to E1 policy and GO95 requirements.
- Fundamental lifecycle (IPSEC) knowledge in compliance notifications, including understanding differences between P1/P2/P3 and associated required end dates.
