Job Title: Application Engineer
Location: Austin, Texas (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic engineer to elevate our post-delivery support for custom test systems. Our team emphasizes seamless coordination across engineering sectors, ensuring technical challenges are tackled with precision and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Lead site acceptance testing, commissioning, training, and system startup activities.
- Coordinate resolution efforts by serving as the key communicator between customers and engineering teams.
- Troubleshoot, document, and drive the resolution of system issues with cross-functional support.
- Enhance client system usage through strategic consulting and on-site service and repairs.
Required:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of relevant industry experience, specifically in customer-facing roles.
- Ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance and a solid understanding of electronics and computer architectures.
- Proficiency with high-level programming languages such as LabVIEW, TestStand, C/C++, and C#.
