Job Title: Applications Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a technically skilled Applications Engineer to join our dynamic team. Our team strives to enhance digital employee experiences by driving innovation and technical excellence, and this position is integral in ensuring high-level functionality and success.
Responsibilities:
- Lead technical projects within the digital employee experience domain.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligning with business goals.
- Provide expert-level guidance and operational support for IBM TRIRIGA implementations.
- Analyze and optimize system performance to ensure robust application functionality.
Required:
- At least 6 to 8 years of comprehensive experience in IBM TRIRIGA.
- Strong technical expertise operating at a senior or lead technical level.
- Ability to work fully remote while adhering to PST hours.
- Bachelor’s degree is optional but preferred for this role.
