Job Title: Art Director
Location: Beaverton, OR (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are partnering on an exciting opportunity for a creative leader who can shape immersive retail storytelling across a global store portfolio. Our team is looking for a strategic, hands-on designer who can turn concepts into impactful, scalable retail experiences while balancing creativity, collaboration, and delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Lead concept development for non-seasonal retail storytelling across the store portfolio, ensuring creative direction remains consistent and scalable.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop retail displays and digital solutions for immersive environments.
- Guide junior designers by providing design direction, feedback, and support throughout multiple concurrent projects.
- Create presentation materials, production files, and implementation standards that clearly communicate design intent and support project delivery.
Required:
- Minimum 8 years of brand design experience with strong creative sophistication in concepts and visual communications.
- At least 3 years of management experience.
- Must have strong proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Keynote.
- Retail industry experience is preferred, with demonstrated retail environments, concepts, and programs experience.
- MUST HAVE portfolio for team review.
- Must have retail story design and storytelling experience.
