Job Title: Assistant Construction Manager
Location: Vancouver, Washington (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in supporting the management and execution of diverse construction projects. Our team values safety, quality, and efficient delivery while facilitating collaboration across multiple industries for ongoing projects.
Responsibilities:
- Support project management to ensure adherence to safety programs, quality standards, and project schedules.
- Assist in the development and implementation of project execution plans, including procurement, staffing, and risk reviews.
- Coordinate contract administration processes, including documentation, change management, and compliance with insurance and permit requirements.
- Facilitate inventory control, materials management, and project closeout activities, maintaining accurate records and supporting audits.
Experience/Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Minimum of 3 years relevant construction experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with document control, scheduling, cost control, and project management software is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and analytical problem-solving abilities required.
