Job Title: Assistant Project Controls Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking an Assistant Project Controls Specialist to join our team. Our focus is on supporting all aspects of project controls and reporting, including project change management, cost control, and schedule development. This role is crucial in ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with developing, implementing, and maintaining a cost management reporting data warehouse to produce valuable program controls reports and data.
- Perform project planning and scheduling tasks, coordinating project schedules, and assisting with the development of scheduling reports.
- Validate Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) and perform budget tracking against Purchase Orders or Subcontracts.
- Assist with upstream (prime contract) / downstream (PO & subcontract) change orders and document changes to cost reports or forecasts.
Experience/Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; applicable experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
- Experience with Oracle Primavera P6, SAP cost and schedule, EcoSys.
- Ability to work independently, think creatively and analytically, and make quick and sound decisions.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with queries and Power BI.
