Job Title: Associate Engineer
Location: Thousand Oaks, California (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are supporting an opportunity for an Associate Engineer to join a team focused on primary container design, characterization, and qualification within a fast-paced technical environment. Our team is looking for a detail-oriented professional who can help translate requirements into documentation, analyze data, and support technical studies that drive informed decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with engineering studies and assessments for drug delivery systems, device characterization, and container qualification.
- Compile historical data, analyze results, and present findings to support decision-making.
- Draft protocols, write summary reports, and support the preparation of technical documentation.
- Execute lab testing and support primary component issues related to customer complaints, aseptic filling, lyophilization, and inspection operations.
Required:
- Bachelor degree, or Associate degree with 4 years of experience, or high school diploma / GED with 6 years of experience.
- Technical writing skills are required.
- Strong ability to analyze data generated from a variety of analytical techniques and systems is preferred.
- Previous lab experience in Engineering or Biochemistry labs is helpful but not required.
