Job Title: Associate Manager, IT SOX & IT General Controls (ITGC)

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to lead key IT General Control (ITGC) testing supporting SOX compliance. Our team is responsible for driving rigorous end-to-end ITGC testing and strengthening stakeholder relationships across IT, Audit, and Risk.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete execution of ITGC SOX testing, including walkthroughs, planning, test of design, and test of operating effectiveness.
- Review ITGC documentation, evaluate evidence, and ensure that testing aligns with SOX 404 requirements and audit standards.
- Coordinate with IT, IT Risk Management, SOX PMO, and External Auditors to streamline processes and provide consistent, proactive communication.
- Manage, coach, and review the testing work performed by junior team members, ensuring adherence to established testing methodologies and SOX timelines.
Required:
- 3-5 years of experience in IT audit, IT SOX compliance, or IT risk advisory.
- Strong working knowledge of IT General Controls (ITGC) and SOX 404 requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and review ITGC testing activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or related field.
