Position: Associate Manufacturing Systems Engineer

Location: New Albany, OH (Fully Onsite)

Shift: Day shift (6:30 am – 3:00 pm) initially, transitioning to 2nd shift (6:00 pm – 6:00 am, rotating days on and off)

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate technical support across various engineering, regulatory, compliance, and automation areas.
  • Assist during regulatory agency inspections and provide technical support in response to regulatory inquiries.
  • Perform advanced maintenance activities and operate complex plant support equipment.
  • Maintain an up-to-date spare parts inventory system.
  • Evaluate and optimize current maintenance procedures.
  • Interpret and review utility, process system/equipment, and architectural plans.
  • Support Operations during non-standard shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Educational background in Mechatronics, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering Technology, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Understanding of PLC, Computer Serialization, Packaging Equipment, and Inspection Systems.
  • Experience with SCADA/PLC Control Systems in regulated industries.
  • Knowledge of automation system hardware and software support.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate and influence effectively.
