Position: Associate Manufacturing Systems Engineer
Location: New Albany, OH (Fully Onsite)
Shift: Day shift (6:30 am – 3:00 pm) initially, transitioning to 2nd shift (6:00 pm – 6:00 am, rotating days on and off)

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate technical support across various engineering, regulatory, compliance, and automation areas.
- Assist during regulatory agency inspections and provide technical support in response to regulatory inquiries.
- Perform advanced maintenance activities and operate complex plant support equipment.
- Maintain an up-to-date spare parts inventory system.
- Evaluate and optimize current maintenance procedures.
- Interpret and review utility, process system/equipment, and architectural plans.
- Support Operations during non-standard shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Educational background in Mechatronics, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering Technology, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
- Understanding of PLC, Computer Serialization, Packaging Equipment, and Inspection Systems.
- Experience with SCADA/PLC Control Systems in regulated industries.
- Knowledge of automation system hardware and software support.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate and influence effectively.
