Job Title: Associate Project Management
Location: Remote
Job Summary: We are seeking a driven professional to join our team, supporting synthetic-related outsourcing activities for external development and supply of drug substance projects. Our team values excellence in project management and collaborative cross-functional execution to ensure strong outcomes across development, manufacturing, and supply.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support day-to-day activities at external and subcontracted sites to ensure compliance, timelines, product quality, and cost objectives are met.
- Coordinate and collaborate with process development, external quality, supply chain, and other internal stakeholders to manage sourcing activities and project deliverables.
- Manage requests for materials and samples shipment, purchase orders, invoices, and related project budgets.
- Support deviation investigations, change management, continuous improvement projects, and maintain relevant business trackers as required.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a Science-related field.
- Four or more years of experience in manufacturing or operations.
- Experience in a chemistry-related industry or environment, with knowledge of synthetic drug development and manufacture.
- Project management experience and understanding of cGMP, operations, and Regulatory/CMC policies and requirements within the pharmaceutical industry.
