Job Title: Associate Quality Assurance
Location: Holly Springs, North Carolina (Onsite)
Job Summary: We are seeking detail-oriented professionals who can ensure raw materials meet the organization’s quality standards and regulatory requirements. Our team values proactive contributors who support the smooth intake and inspection of materials for high-stakes manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect incoming materials such as biobags, tubing, and filters, verifying compliance with specifications and inspection characteristics.
- Remove and prepare samples from raw materials and chemicals for testing, accurately documenting results in company systems.
- Utilize RAMAN technology and TruScan equipment for chemical identification, ensuring alignment with written procedures and cGMP standards.
- Support scheduling, staff training, inspection readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives, including documentation and deviation record management.
Experience/Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED plus 2 years relevant work experience, or Associate degree plus 6 months relevant work experience, or Bachelor’s degree.
- Industry experience of 4 to 5 years, with demonstrated expertise in quality assurance and cGMP environments.
- Experience using or supporting RAMAN technology and practicing thorough documentation and QA oversight in material handling.
- Ability to lift 125–150 pounds and manage physical aspects of inspection and sampling in a warehouse environment.
