Job Title: Associate Quality Control
Location: West Greenwich, Rhode Island (On-site)
Job Summary: Our team is seeking a detail-oriented professional to join a wet chemistry laboratory focused on analytical testing of raw materials. We value individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are committed to operational excellence within a GMP-compliant setting.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine analytical testing, including general chemistry assays such as identification, loss on drying, pH, osmolality, and appearance.
- Ensure all laboratory activities are executed in compliance with GMP and GDP standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to support cross-functional laboratory operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Troubleshoot analytical issues and communicate findings effectively while handling and disposing of hazardous materials safely.
Required:
- High school/GED plus 2 years of work experience, or an Associate degree with 6 months work experience, or Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 1-3 years of experience working in a GMP analytical laboratory.
- Experience performing bench chemistry and compendial testing.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a positive, collaborative attitude toward lean initiatives on site.
