Job Title: Associate Quality Control
Location: Holly Springs, North Carolina (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking driven individuals to join our team supporting the startup and ongoing operational readiness of a quality control laboratory within a GMP-regulated environment. Our team values cross-functional collaboration and is focused on ensuring all laboratory processes meet compliance and technical standards.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with site teams to implement and support work order and preventative maintenance systems for laboratory equipment.
- Review, draft, revise, and maintain technical and quality documentation, including SOPs, test methods, validation reports, and safety evaluations.
- Assist with procurement of laboratory consumables and reagents and coordinate training and method transfer activities for analytical instruments.
- Participate in audits, quality initiatives, and provide operational support during weekends and public holidays as necessary.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline, or equivalent combination of education and related experience as specified (High school diploma or GED plus 2 years’ work experience, or Associate’s degree plus 6 months’ work experience, or Bachelor’s degree).
- Background in chemistry with experience in GMP pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical laboratory settings.
- Experience working with Empower software and analytical laboratory instrumentation.
- Ability to demonstrate flexibility, support audit readiness, and work overtime as needed.
