Job Title: Associate Quality Control – NS
Location: Holly Springs, North Carolina (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our team performing high-impact quality control activities. Our team is focused on supporting critical laboratory functions and ensuring that all testing and documentation meet strict industry standards for compliance and reliability.
Responsibilities:
- Execute QC activities, including sample receipt, prioritization, and accurate entry into LIMS, while coordinating closely with team managers.
- Perform both routine and complex analytical testing in areas such as chemistry, bioassay, and microbiology, including STAT testing as required.
- Ensure accurate, compliant documentation that meets GDP, GMP, and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.
- Support laboratory investigations related to deviations or out-of-specification results, effectively communicating risks to QC leadership and collaborating cross-functionally to meet testing timelines.
Required:
- High school diploma/GED and two years of work experience, or an associate degree and six months of work experience, or a bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline (entry level considered).
- Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and accountability.
- Familiarity with laboratory or aseptic principles and practices.
