Job Title: Associate Scientist

Job Summary: We are seeking talented scientific professionals to support vital laboratory-based research activities focused on viral vector production and molecular characterization. Responsibilities:
- Perform sterile mammalian cell culture and execute viral vector production workflows for adeno-associated virus and lentiviral systems.
- Conduct protein purification and characterization experiments using AKTA systems and related analytical methods.
- Carry out molecular and cellular assays such as Western blotting, flow cytometry, and other vector analytical techniques.
- Maintain accurate electronic laboratory notebooks, document experimental procedures, and support general laboratory operations and maintenance.
Required:
- Hands-on experience with sterile mammalian cell culture and laboratory aseptic techniques.
- Direct experience with viral vector systems, including adeno-associated virus and/or lentiviral platforms.
- Proficiency in protein purification and characterization, including operation of AKTA systems.
- Ability to perform analytical and cell-based assays such as Western blotting and flow cytometry.
