Job Title: Associate Scientist
Location: Thousand Oaks, California (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking an Associate Scientist to support analytical testing of process-related impurities within a collaborative development environment. Our team is looking for a detail-oriented professional who can contribute to ELISA-based analysis, data interpretation, documentation, and peer review to help enable high-quality scientific outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze routine samples using ELISA and support the interpretation of resulting data.
- Document results accurately and complete peer review of electronic notebooks.
- Provide analytical support to purification scientists by generating clearance data for process-related impurities.
- Develop methods and transfer them to analytical laboratories, including Quality Control for release testing of clinical and commercial materials.
Required:
- B.S. or M.S. in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or a related field.
- 2 years of work or industry experience with a bachelor’s degree, or equivalent qualifying experience as stated in the job description.
- Hands-on experience with ELISA assays.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
