Job Title: Associate Training & Development
Location: Thousand Oaks, California (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized professional to coordinate talent development programs in a dynamic commercial environment. Our team values proactive execution, detailed project management, and effective support for employee growth initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Provide detail-oriented program and project coordination across talent development initiatives, tracking timelines and identifying risks or gaps.
- Maintain digital files, program trackers, and documentation while continuously improving processes and logistics support.
- Support high-volume interview scheduling, onsite event logistics, and intern support, including room reservations, catering, and material coordination.
- Administer assessments, monitor participant completion, prepare event materials, and manage onsite support for training workshops.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of talent management, human resources, training, administrative, or project management experience;
- Or, Associate degree and 4 years of relevant experience; Or, high school diploma/GED and 6 years of experience.
- Strong organizational, project coordination, and communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
