Job Title: Audience Marketing List Specialist
Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are representing an opportunity for an Audience Marketing List Specialist who will support the delivery of accurate, compliant audience lists for marketing and service communications. Our team is looking for someone who can collaborate across business, marketing, and strategy partners to help translate audience needs into clear, executable list logic.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business, marketing, and strategy teams to deliver accurate, compliant audience lists across lines of business.
- Consult on target audience design by assessing segmentation feasibility, data availability, and regulatory considerations.
- Develop, maintain, and execute audience selection logic using SAS and enterprise data platforms while supporting the transition to Python.
- Perform feasibility analysis, list sizing, suppression application, and logic validation prior to downstream activation.
Required:
- 2–4 years of experience using SAS.
- Working knowledge of Python is preferred as the team modernizes audience development processes.
- Must have SQL and Excel skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience with strong attention to detail, time management, communication, and relationship building.
- Must be open to converting to a full-time employee if a need becomes available.
