Job Title: Ansible Automation Engineer
Location: Pittsburgh, PA (On-Site)
Job Summary: We seek a technical professional to help drive core infrastructure automation initiatives. Our team offers the opportunity to work onsite and collaborate across locations on critical automation projects contributing to organizational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and support automation solutions for infrastructure environments using Ansible Automation Platform, AWX, or Ansible Tower.
- Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to streamline, standardize, and document infrastructure provisioning and management processes.
- Effectively communicate project status, progress, and technical issues to team members and stakeholders.
- Apply critical thinking to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve automation-related challenges while adapting to evolving team priorities.
Required:
- Demonstrated experience with infrastructure automation, specifically with Ansible Automation Platform, AWX, or Ansible Tower.
- Background with operating systems administration or automation in Windows and/or Linux environments.
- Familiarity with scripting or infrastructure-as-code tools such as Python, Powershell, or Terraform (nice to have, but not mandatory).
- Strong punctuality, reliability, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
