Job Title: US – Back End Developer / Data Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain backend services to support large-scale data use-cases.
- Design and implement AI integrations to enhance data quality and observability.
- Create tooling and infrastructure to democratize data usage across the company.
- Collaborate with teammates and stakeholders to scale systems effectively.
Required:
- 3-5 years of experience as a backend engineer with expertise in Platform Engineering or large-scale data pipelines.
- Proficiency in Java or similar object-oriented programming languages, with a strong understanding of systems design, data structures, and algorithms.
- Ability to work autonomously, solve meaningful problems, and ship reliable software.
- Experience in writing clear technical documentation and designing easy-to-adopt APIs/contracts.
