Job Title: Benefits Specialist
Location: Mesa, Arizona (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled professional to support the delivery of health, insurance, and retirement programs within a dynamic environment. Our team values accuracy and collaboration, ensuring precise benefit administration and positive experiences for both employees and partners.
Responsibilities:
- Research, triage, and resolve benefit-related data inquiries from internal customers and external vendors.
- Collect, validate, protect, and store employee and plan data to enable accurate analysis, reporting, and auditability.
- Perform security administration across systems, process access requests, manage roles and permissions, and maintain required access levels.
- Audit supplier and vendor data, troubleshoot operational and batch processing failures, and coordinate corrective actions with relevant teams.
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in data management and governance activities, including collecting, validating, auditing, and protecting HR/benefits data.
- 3+ years of experience troubleshooting batch/production issues and driving root cause remediation.
- 3+ years supporting retirement plan administration, vendor interaction, and remediation processes, with adherence to data security requirements.
- 3+ years of advanced Excel proficiency, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and complex formulas.
