Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday-Friday

Position Summary:
- As a Bio Process Associate, you will play a vital role in executing commercial manufacturing processes for therapeutic proteins. You’ll operate production equipment, revise process documents, maintain inventory levels, and contribute to a safe work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate production equipment following cGMPs and standard operating procedures.
- Revise and create process documents and assist with process-related investigations.
- Train for proficiency in process automation and supporting business systems.
- Lead in maintaining material and component inventory levels, including weighing and checking raw materials.
- Support a safe work environment and contribute to area-specific safety initiatives.
- Assemble, clean, and autoclave process components, and assist in inventory management.
- Work on routine manufacturing assignments, assisting in revising and creating process documents.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required, additional education in biotechnology or related field preferred.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment with emphasis on personal accountability and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in operating production equipment and using common computer tools.
- Knowledge of cGMPs and Good Manufacturing Practices desired.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
